Supplementary Economy:
South Africa has two very different Economies.

I may describe it as Capitalist, and Socialist, it could be seen as Formal and Informal.

Socialist is not accurate, even our Socialist system has a Capitalist base/desire.

Informal is almost a derogatory term for a trader in South Africa, if you read Informal, you could just as well read black.

Our informal sector is huge, it is important, it can be developed to bring the two economies together.

We have termed this economy the Supplementary economy, and we aim to build not only the existing traders, but the communities as part of this Supplementary economy.
